Terms and Conditions

1. Participants must complete an application and once approved, submit a $375 non-refundable deposit to secure their spot. Deposits are tax-deductible.
2. Prior to trip departure:
   • Participants must have a current passport that does not expire for at least 6 months from the departure date. Your passport must have at least 3 blank pages for Visa purposes.
   • Participants must check with their medical professional to ensure they have all required immunizations for entry into the final destination or country, including a yellow vaccination card.
   • Participants may submit a request for an online Visa for each country they are traveling. Typically, applicants must supply a digital copy of the bio-data page of their passport. They must also provide a passport-size photo, a yellow fever vaccination certificate, and a current email address in order to obtain a standard single-entry tourist Visa.

3. Participants must sign and submit all of Petros Network's required travel paperwork.
